Job Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and allied products in the shop
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or failures
- Repair, replace, and/or rebuild engines, transmissions, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems
- Perform welding and fabrication as required
- Identify and order correct parts for repairs, returning unused parts promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding all aspects of the work
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Dedicated and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must submit to background screening & MVR
