Inside Sales Representative
JCL Energy
We're building our Inside Sales Team at JCL Energy, and we're hiring three Inside Sales Specialists!
As we grow, we're adding inside sales support for each of our business units. These roles are the connection point between our outside sales reps and our operations teams, keeping quotes accurate, orders moving, and customers taken care of.
Location: Onsite, Sharon, PA.
The three openings:
- Inside Sales Specialist – Product: Supports transformer and equipment sales, working with manufacturers, vendors, and Logistics on quotes, lead times, and orders.
- Inside Sales Specialist – Rental: Supports our rental equipment business, coordinating with Rental dispatch on availability, delivery, rental contracts, and billing.
- Inside Sales Specialist – Services: Supports our field and shop service work, coordinating with the Service Team on scopes of work, scheduling, and change orders.
What you'll do in each role:
- Build and own quotes for smaller, transactional opportunities, with same-day turnaround whenever possible
- Review customer purchase orders against our quotes and help get orders entered
- Cover our outside sales reps when they're traveling or volume spikes
- Answer customer questions after the order
- Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate at every stage
What we're looking for:
- 1 to 3 years in inside sales, order management, sales support, or B2B customer service, ideally in an industrial or equipment environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic pricing math
- Comfort reading equipment specs or service scopes of work
- Clear written and phone communication
