Absolute Home Health Services provides skilled nursing, therapy services, social service, and home health aides in the home under the direction of the patient's Primary Care Physician. We are hiring an Occupational Therapist, preferably with at least 2 years of home‑care experience. This OT will be responsible for completing admissions, routine visits, and on‑call duties. Occasional weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Managing patient admissions, conducting routine therapy visits, and providing on‑call services. Ensuring documentation and care plans are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
