Concrete Finisher (Entry-Level Career Opportunity)

What You Will Do
- Pour & Form: Place concrete accurately according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Craft & Finish: Learn and apply specialized techniques to smooth, level, and perfect concrete surfaces.
- Safety First: Keep the job site clean and secure, and follow safety protocols to protect yourself and your crew.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your foreman and team to hit daily project milestones
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn the concrete finishing trade from the ground up.
- Reliability: A dependable worker who shows up on time and ready to give 100%.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Basic Exposure: Any previous experience or familiarity with concrete, construction, or formwork.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the active, physically demanding conditions of an outdoor job site.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for quality to ensure every finished surface looks perfect.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working with others.
