Your Role & Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident's unique needs. Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans. Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation. Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support. Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.
