Weekly Hours: 30 hours Schedule: Varied; 7:00AM to 3:30 PM and 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM with occasional Sat coverage 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Who we are: Spire Orthopedic Partners is a growing national partnership of orthopedic practices that provides the support, capital and operational resources physicians need to grow thriving practices for the future. What you'll do:

• Keeps treatment areas (tables, equipment, and gym area) neat and clean. See aide manual.
• Keeps machines clean and in working order and lets the manager know if any problems arise.
• Cleans hydroculators on a weekly basis, cold pack machines and other equipment as necessary.
• Assist in escorting patients to treatment areas.
• Prepares the treatment areas for patient care.
• Prepares modality treatments as supervised by the physical therapist including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs, iontophoresis, and other modalities.
• Observes patients during treatments and reports orally to the physical therapist.
• Files exercise flowsheets as necessary Assists with orientation and training of new physical therapy technicians Performs supply inventory and unpacks/checks-in supply orders.
• Keeps supply closet in orderly fashion.
• Maintains work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Adheres to HIPAA/OSHA regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow directions from physical and/or occupational therapist.
• Willing to train a motivated individual.
