The Call Center Sales Representative plays a key role in engaging with customers through outbound and inbound calls, focusing on lead qualification and appointment setting while ensuring customer satisfaction. Working within a small team of 1-5 members, this position utilizes sales tools such as MarketSharp and SalesLeap to manage customer interactions efficiently and support database management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to engage customers
• Qualify leads and make appointments to drive sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately
• Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Utilize MarketSharp and SalesLeap CRM software for customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong sales techniques and communication skills
• Active listening and effective time management
• Problem-solving and persuasion abilities
• Accuracy in data entry and teamwork skills
