PHARMACIST (PER DIEM)

Rolling Hills Hospital is looking for a pharmacist, PRN to join our team. The pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes managing administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at the facility.

Qualifications Education/Training: Graduate from an accredited pharmacy program is required. Licensure/Certification: Current Tennessee pharmacist license Current Tennessee driver's license Experience: A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacist experience is preferred; must possess the experience to oversee the provision of medication regimens for the patient populations treated in the facility, including knowledge of dosage for age-specific populations. Board certification in psychiatric pharmacy or pharmacotherapy by board of pharmacy specialties preferred.
