Sales Executive

  Utilizes communication and sales skills to highlight product and service advantages

  Conducts high-volume outbound calls to existing accounts to retain and grow business

  Prepares accurate sales forecasts and meets established sales goals

  Applies technical knowledge to recommend appropriate products

  Studies competitors to maintain a competitive edge

  Maintains and updates prospect and customer databases

  Identifies expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  
  



• 
  Manages direct sales for small to medium-sized customers

  Researches accounts and key decision-makers to generate interest
  
  



• 
  Supports outside sales efforts and assists with new business development

  Collaborates with internal teams (customer care, samples, warehouse, quality, finance, marketing)
  
  



• 
  Assists marketing with pricing updates and new product announcements
  
  



• 
  Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
  



• 
  Minimum 3+ years of technical inside sales or customer service experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Experience in manufacturing, ideally plastics or packaging, preferred
  
  



• 
  May require local and out-of-state travel and trade show attendance
  
  



•
