Maintenance Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing company in Inver Grove Heights, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain and repair production equipment while supporting safe, efficient facility operations. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues

Diagnose machine malfunctions using testing equipment and determine required repairs

Complete machine modifications, adjustments, and equipment improvements as needed

Maintain maintenance records and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time

Support plant operations by assisting with facility maintenance projects and repairs

Help maintain chemical and repair parts inventory

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Additional education or training in mechanical maintenance preferred

Minimum of 1 year of job-related maintenance experience

Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency with a variety of maintenance tools and equipment
