Salesforce Developer
LOCATION
4x week onsite Dallas or Austin, TX
MUST BE LOCAL
REQUIRED SKILLS
- have proper Linkedin profiles
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, bulkification, and platform performance.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience within financial services, banking, brokerage, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience with MuleSoft or another enterprise integration platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
- Experience with Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, or Salesforce security and compliance capabilities.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web-development practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with complex integrations and high transaction volumes.
