And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTubeJob DescriptionKey duties/responsibilities:Complete tooling inspections and reports through various methods such as visual verification, 3D scanning, CMM operation, and other gaugesMust be able to read and interpret tooling prints and specificationsProvide CMM support and training for manufacturing employeesPerform Quality Room and CMM maintenanceSupport the Calibration, Non-conformance, Quality Communications and Final Approval processesRequired Education / Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED equivalent3+ years of experience in programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines within industrial manufacturing environments.Familiarity with toolingWindows based computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as an effective teamStrong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving skills using established Quality methodsAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to safely operate a forkliftAbility to work overtime as neededPreferred Education / Qualifications:Associates Degree or Metrology certificationsExperience with Mastercam, CMM Manager, Polyworks and / or SolidworksMultiple years of experience in full tool build programsFamiliarity with the ISO 9001 StandardExtensive knowledge in various types of toolingOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
