Senior ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (FM CoE) team at our North Charleston, SC site.The Senior Manager - Facilities Management is accountable for end-to-end oversight of facilities operations at the North Charleston site. This senior leader leads both internal and supplier-based teams, owns financial accountability for the facilities maintenance budget and processes, and partners closely with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier. The role requires strategic collaboration with executive leadership, COEs, business partners, engineering, project management, and other service groups to ensure enterprise standards, continuous improvement, and alignment to business objectives.Position Responsibilities: Lead and manage facilities maintenance team, both internal and supplier-based, at the Charleston siteOversee day-to-day maintenance operations, emergency responses, shutdowns, and asset renewal strategiesManage facilities budgets and ensure financial accountabilityCollaborate with business partners, engineering, project management teams, and other COEs to support facilities initiativesDrive and influence change through leadership and collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvementLead, motivate, and develop teams and managers, including conflict management and talent developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships across CoEs, with the BRM community, FM leaders, business partners, and suppliersManage supplier contracts and performance, ensuring alignment with Boeing’s standards and goalsParticipate in strategic and operational planning to support facilities management objectives end-to-endManages and integrates employee and mid-level management within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenanceBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience leading a Facilities Maintenance Team5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and developing othersExperience developing and managing budgetsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience working within an industry Center of Excellence structureExperience managing day-to-day Integrated Facility Management (IFM) or supplier contractsExperience managing metrics to drive data-informed decisionsConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
