Informed Choice Insurance Agency (an affiliate of Amerilife) is looking for a Licensed Health & Life insurance professional to join our Madison WI team. This is a full-time, W-2 sales opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary, uncapped sales incentives, renewal opportunities, and company-provided leads.

You'll help clients understand their Medicare and health insurance options and make informed decisions based on their individual needs, while having the support, tools, and carrier access to build long-term client relationships and grow your book of business.

Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary (based on experience) plus uncapped sales incentives and renewal opportunities. Our uncapped incentive structure provides significant earning potential for successful agents.

Products include Medicare plans, ACA/Individual Health, Life Insurance, Dental and Vision, Short-Term Medical, Final Expense, Long-Term Care, Ancillary health products, and Fixed Annuities.

What We're Looking For includes an Active Health & Life Insurance license required, Sales, insurance, or client relationship experience, Medicare or senior-market experience preferred, but not required, Strong communication and relationship-building skills, Ability to educate clients and explain insurance options in an easy-to-understand way, Motivated by both client service and sales results, High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus, Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
