Content & Marketing Manager

The Murphy Group is looking for a talented Marketing & Content Coordinator to help build and grow The Phoenix Seller, our Arizona real estate content brand. We're looking for someone who combines excellent video production skills, a passion for AI and technology, and an unusually strong drive to execute. You’ll work directly with the owner, turning established marketing ideas into professional videos and engaging content published across multiple platforms. We want someone who gets excited about the finished product, checks the views and results, and immediately starts thinking about how to make the next project even better. You’ll have access to AI tools and support from our existing marketing assistant so you can focus on producing excellent work. This is a local, part-time employee position, not a remote job, freelance contract or agency opportunity. This role starts part-time with a clear path to a full-time salaried position with benefits. Advancement and pay increases are earned based on publishing consistency, content quality and measurable results. We’ll formally review the role at 90 days. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Tempe, Arizona, and be available for regular in-person filming sessions. Editing and other production work may be completed from home. Responsibilities Film and edit professional short-form social media videos and longer educational YouTube content. Help build and grow The Phoenix Seller YouTube channel and social media presence. Conduct regular filming sessions with the owner at our Tempe office and occasional on-location property shoots. Manage video production, editing, publishing, titles, thumbnails and descriptions across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Produce educational videos supporting our existing direct-mail campaigns, landing pages and seller lead-generation efforts. Use AI and emerging technology to streamline production, repurpose content and improve efficiency. Maintain the content calendar and turn established marketing ideas into completed projects. Monitor content performance and continually improve production quality and results. Work with our existing marketing assistant to keep projects moving. Our priority is producing excellent content, publishing consistently and turning marketing efforts into measurable business opportunities. Qualifications Technical ability, AI proficiency and exceptional follow-through are essential. We're Looking For Someone Who Already has strong filming and video editing skills. Is highly proficient with technology and actively uses AI tools in their production workflow. Enjoys discovering new software and finding more efficient ways to accomplish tasks. Is intelligent, resourceful and capable of solving technical problems independently. Is organized, persistent and motivated by completing projects. Takes genuine pride in the finished product and is excited by views, engagement and measurable results. Can independently manage projects from start to finish without constant supervision. Enjoys execution and prefers getting things done over endless brainstorming. Lives within commuting distance of Tempe and can attend regular in-person filming sessions. Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software is valuable. You don't need years of professional experience, a huge portfolio or a history of viral videos. You DO need to demonstrate excellent technical skills, intelligence, initiative and genuine passion for creating content.
