Asa BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from2-28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support theirbehavioral health needs. Duties: - Conduct patientassessments to determine behavioral needs- Develop and implementindividualized behavior intervention plans- Provides frequent andquality supervision for RBTs/BTs- Collect and analyze data to monitorprogress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- Maintain accuratemedical documentation and records of client care- Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care -Train a team of BTs/RBTs and midlevel supervisors Qualifications: -Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required-Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting-Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques- Strongunderstanding of medical records and documentation- Excellentcommunication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinaryteams This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningfulimpact on the lives of individuals in need of behavioral support.
