Lead RRT

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist for full-time night shifts. In this role, you’ll coordinate respiratory care services, provide advanced bedside treatment, and serve as a clinical resource for the night team. Responsibilities include supervising RT assignments, managing ventilator and high-acuity patients, performing and interpreting ABGs, supporting emergency responses, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, support evidence-based practice, and help mentor staff, all within Piedmont’s patient-centered, team-focused culture.
