Who You'll Train:

Many of our clients are women who feel most comfortable training with another woman. But make no mistake—you'll be working with men, women, teens, seniors, and families who trust you to guide their journey. Your gender doesn't limit your impact—it enhances it.

What You'll Do:

• Lead one-on-one workouts in clients' homes, parks, or offices
• Train a variety of clients with personalized, effective programs
• Deliver support, structure, and RESULTS
• Celebrate every win—because YOU made it happen
• Stay connected through our app + HQ support
• Educate and elevate every client you serve

We're Looking for Women Who:

• Are certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• Have CPR/AED certification
• Have 1–2 years of training experience (or bold potential to shine)
• Own reliable transportation & a flexible schedule
• Can train evenings/weekends when clients need you most
• Bring ENERGY, heart, and professionalism to every session

Compensation: $40.00 – $60.00/hr + Commissions + Bonuses

Territories: San Jose • Peninsula (Hwy 280) • Fremont–Santa Clara–Mountain View (Hwy 101)
