Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment, ensuring image quality, and communicating results to physicians. You will also prepare and care for patients undergoing CT scans. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients Interpret physicians’ written instructions accurately Appropriately position patients for specific scans Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image visibility Evaluate scans for technical quality Follow radiation safety procedures Maintain accurate patient records Use the McKesson PACS system Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist BLS certification ARRT (CT) National Certification and active registration State‑specific licensing where required Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Job ID: 1455874.
