Lead Medical Assistant - Family Medicine - Full Time Days - 8hr San Dimas

Job Summary Works under the supervision of the Office Manager. Prepare patients for provider exam, take vital signs, record patient history and assist in office procedures. Administer treatment, medications and injections as ordered. Conduct pre‑visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts prior to appointment with recent test results and correspondence. Call patient regarding test results as instructed by provider. Direct activity of Medical Assistants during shift, to include scheduling, training, daily workload, staff and client problem resolution. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED preferred. Completion of Medical Assistant Program required. Minimum Experience Requirement: Three to five years in a healthcare setting is preferred. Computer skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement: BLS required within 90 days of hire/transfer. Completion of annual Medical Assistant Competency training. Pay Range: $22.05 - $33.08 #J-18808-Ljbffr Emanate Health
