Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights, rotating every 2 weeks) | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Level I Trauma Emergency Department serving a large metropolitan area
• Assess, triage, and manage acutely injured or ill patients across a broad spectrum of emergency and trauma presentations
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems including provider order entry for accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver rapid, sophisticated emergency and trauma care
• Adhere to department protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (or active temporary MA license) required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of related Emergency Room nursing experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current CPR (AHA), ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate web-based applications; EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification strongly preferred
• Experience in a teaching hospital or specialty area expertise preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
