I opened my agency in 2018 after beginning my State Farm career in 2011, first working in an agent's office and later as an Agency Field Specialist. As a second-generation State Farm agent, opening my own agency in the community where I grew up gave me the opportunity to serve the people and businesses that helped shape my career. Giving back is a big part of who we are. As President of the local Chamber of Commerce, I'm passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening our community through continued involvement and service. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
