Technology Trainer

The Technology Trainer, in Nashville, Atlanta, or Birmingham, is responsible for delivering end-user training on firm-standard software and hardware to attorneys and staff, focusing on professional development for legal personnel. Key duties include planning and conducting in-person, remote, and one-on-one training sessions, providing ongoing floor support, and facilitating new hire orientations. The trainer develops and maintains training materials, conducts workshops, creates eLearning videos (with TechSmith Camtasia knowledge a plus), and collaborates on curriculum design and software upgrade documentation. Assistance with scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection in the learning management system is also required. The role involves recommending improvements to enhance service quality and supporting specialized training initiatives.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with law firm experience being essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and legal applications such as NetDocuments, Litera, and Intapp is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are vital, along with the ability to work under pressure and exercise confidentiality. The role requires flexibility to work over 40 hours weekly, occasional travel, and accepting additional responsibilities as needed.
