Maintenance Supervisor

Primo Brands, a Des Moines–based creative agency, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep, safety, and reliability for our office and production spaces. This role manages daily maintenance operations, schedules and supervises technicians and vendors, coordinates repairs, and implements preventive maintenance programs across building systems, equipment, and utilities. The supervisor tracks work orders, manages budgets, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and partners with agency leaders to minimize downtime and support a high-performing, people-first, and creative work environment.
