Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte della Direzione Human Resources & Organization come HR Data Analyst. **Principali aree di responsabilità:*** Raccolta, aggiornamento e analisi dei dati HR provenienti dai sistemi aziendali* Gestione delle attività di riconciliazione contabili e preparazione dei report per audit interni ed esterni* Preparazione di report periodici e dashboard a supporto del management* Monitoraggio dei principali indicatori HR* Supporto nell’elaborazione di analisi comparative e benchmark interni/esterni* Verifica della qualità e coerenza dei dati presenti nei database HR* Collaborazione alla predisposizione di presentazioni e documentazione a supporto dei processi HR* Partecipazione a progetti trasversali di miglioramento dei processi HR **Requisiti** * Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria, Statistica* Ottima conoscenza di Excel (database, tabelle pivot, formule avanzate)* Capacità analitica e attenzione al dettaglio* Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione delle scadenze* Proattività ed orientamento al risultato.**Cosa offriamo:*** Contratto a tempo indeterminato/apprendistato e opportunità di lavoro ibrido;* Ticket restaurant;* Formazione continua su hard skills e soft skills;* Assicurazione sanitaria integrativa;* Range stipendio annuo lordo tra 30k e 35k. *Lottomatica attua una politica che garantisce pari opportunità e promuove diversità e inclusione, contro ogni forma di discriminazione. We are looking for a candidate to join the Human Resources & Organisation Department as an HR Data Analyst. Key areas of responsibility:* Collecting, updating and analysing HR data from company systems* Managing accounting reconciliation activities and preparing reports for internal and external audits* Preparing periodic reports and dashboards to support management* Monitoring key HR indicators* Assisting with the preparation of comparative analyses and internal/external benchmarks* Verifying the quality and consistency of data in HR databases* Assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation to support HR processes* Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving HR processesRequirements* *Degree in Economics, Engineering or Statistics** *Excellent knowledge of Excel (databases, pivot tables, advanced formulas)** *Analytical skills and attention to detail** *Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines** *Proactive and results-oriented.* What we offer:* Permanent contract and hybrid working opportunities;* Meal vouchers;* Ongoing training in hard and soft skills;* Supplementary health insurance;* Gross annual salary range between 30k and 35k. *Lottomatica implements a policy that guarantees equal opportunities and promotes diversity and inclusion, whilst opposing all forms of discrimination.
