Position Overview This role involves coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services focused on various health conditions and diagnoses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, evaluate patients, and utilize appropriate activities to promote health and achieve therapy goals. Key Responsibilities Perform age-specific assessments and interventions across all age groups. Gather data from multiple sources to evaluate patient needs. Design, modify, and execute personalized treatment programs. Provide direct therapy services in diverse settings and strategies. Coordinate with medical, rehabilitation, and nursing teams to ensure holistic care. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding progress and needs. Build rapport and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Participate in ongoing professional development, educational programs, and departmental initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Active occupational therapy license in the practice state. Ability to perform essential job functions with effective communication and visual acuity. Preferred: 1-3 years of clinical experience.
