In this unarmed role, you will support access awareness, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.20 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support access control, alarm response, and incident reporting functions while working in environments that may include indoor processing spaces, loading areas, and outdoor patrol routes. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
