Behavior Consultant

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Behavior Consultant . Do you enjoy working with children? Our benefits package includes: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance with company contribution 401K with company matching QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field. Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery, including experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs and conducting staff training. Minimum of two years working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career! You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
