What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients using the nursing process
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care, treatments, and health maintenance
Delegate, direct, and supervise licensed and ancillary team members
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards

What You Need

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or ICU
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
