Sr Business Operations Manager, Product Marketing

Senior Business Operations Manager, Product Marketing Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid) or Pacific/Mountain Time remote. Responsibilities Own the operational cadence that keeps the PMM organization aligned and accountable, translating strategic priorities into measurable programs. Define and track KPIs including content output velocity, field adoption rates, pipeline influence, seller readiness scores, and asset utilization; build reporting infrastructure and set quarterly/annual targets. Monitor weekly performance, surfacing blockers and providing actionable insights to maximize PMM impact. Architect the PMM content ecosystem—bill of materials, governance frameworks, and content refresh cycle—to ensure all battle cards, sales plays, and one‑pager assets are consistent, high quality, and field‑ready. Own the sales play portfolio as a product: ideation, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement using field feedback, deal data, and play utilization metrics. Collaborate across PMMs, sales leadership, and RevOps to prioritize plays, design asset templates, and coordinate deployment for adoption. Manage portfolio health by retiring underperforming plays and prioritizing updates based on product releases and data. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in business operations, sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong judgment on seller needs versus planning, with genuine field empathy and communication skills. Comfortable with data: track engagement, interpret feedback, and recommend based on evidence. Clear, direct communication: writes well and translates complex updates simply. Track record of running cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
