The facility features a well-supported surgical team, Intensivist-staffed ICU, 24-hour Hospitalist coverage, and access to advanced technologies including the DaVinci XI robot, ensuring providers have everything they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Details:

• Join an eight-provider group consisting of five General Surgeons and three APPs
• Practice located one mile from the main hospital campus
• Target patient load of 15-20 patients per day in the clinic
• Six exam rooms and one intake room available
• EMR systems: Athena in clinic and Cerner at the hospital
• In-office procedures with weekly scheduled procedure time
• Shared 1:2 call schedule
• Two surgical locations: Bell Hospital and Marquette main campus
• DaVinci XI robot access 2-4 days per month
• Preferred OR procedures include breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast augmentation, mastopexy, cleft lip and palate correction, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, panniculectomy, brachioplasty, excision of benign and malignant lesions, tissue flaps, burn treatment, skin grafts, blepharoplasty, and face lift
• ICU staffed with Intensivists and Hospitalists available for 24-hour admitting and support
• Wound Care staffed by one of the providers from the clinic
