Job Type: Part-Time. Studio is open 6 days/week but closed on major holidays. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length. Compensation: Hourly with bonus/commission opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Customer Excellence: Deliver an overall premium customer service experience from check-in to check-out.
- Sales & Education: Promote and educate clients on company products, services, and membership benefits.
- Relationship Building: Create lasting relationships with clients to further personalize their wellness journey.
- Proactive Service: Anticipate client needs to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience.
- Expert Advice: Answer customer queries and recommend specific services or packages tailored to guest goals.
- Lead Generation: Work with potential guests to introduce them to the benefits of Icebox.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and visiting staff to ensure the "Icebox Experience" is perfect.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and high-end aesthetic of the studio.
- High Energy: A motivated, outgoing personality that excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Wellness Knowledge: A solid foundational knowledge of health and wellness trends.
- Team Player: A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team culture.
- Communication: Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele and other franchise studios.
- Multitasking: Ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities at once.
- Reliability: Punctual, reliable, and excellent at time management.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
