Immediate Direct Hire Opportunity – Packaging SupervisorWe're partnering with one of the largest food manufacturers in the United States to hire a Packaging Supervisor for a high-volume bakery operation in Wisconsin.This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with multiple manufacturing facilities across the country, significant investment in its operations, and strong long-term career growth potential.What You'll Be DoingLead and support packaging team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentEnsure production schedules and packaging goals are achieved safely and efficientlyDrive food safety, quality, and employee safety initiativesMonitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational performanceCoach, develop, and hold team members accountable for resultsPartner with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothlyIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimizationMaintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and all regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForBakery manufacturing experience is required; bun production experience is highly preferredPrevious supervisory experience within food, beverage, bakery, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturingStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing teamsKnowledge of packaging equipment, manufacturing processes, and production operationsExcellent communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilitiesCompensation & Benefits$75,000–$80,000 base salary10% annual bonusTwo weeks of vacationDirect hire opportunity with a stable, growing industry leaderFor immediate consideration, email View email address on click.appcast.io #LI-AM1
