About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Network Engagement and Resources. This executive will be at the forefront of developing innovative partnerships, resources, and products to enhance the value of network membership and accelerate the implementation of the company's model. The role involves leading a team that oversees the development and implementation of various support strategies, including a knowledge platform, communities of practice, and national partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the needs of network members, designing data-informed processes to meet those needs, and ensuring that the company's support is aligned with its mission and strategic priorities. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant fields, with at least 5 years in a management role. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse groups and manage complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and accountable approach, be highly skilled in Microsoft Office, and possess strong organizational and management abilities. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a deep commitment to the company's core values and a journey toward racial equity is essential. The role also demands a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to drive multiple projects and support innovation within the organization.
