Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist PRN
Our organization is looking for a committed and proficient Respiratory Therapist PRN (Registered Respiratory Therapist, Per Diem) to become a part of our healthcare team in Lexington, MO. This position is ideal for an individual who can deliver patient-focused respiratory care with minimal oversight to individuals experiencing respiratory issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored respiratory care to patients based on thorough assessments and established medical protocols.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure high-quality respiratory services are available for Emergency Room, Radiology, and Rehabilitation Services.
- Adapt to varying shifts as required by the hospital's operational needs.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
This PRN role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to adjust your availability according to the hospital's requirements.
