It comprises over 100 board-certified physicians across more than 20 specialties, offering a wide range of medical services such as primary care, specialty care, and physical therapy.Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Compensation: $25-43/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmSummary: Work collaboratively under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitative care that supports our patients' recovery goals.Responsibilities:Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients of varying ages and conditionsMonitor and document patient progress and report changes to supervising therapistsEducate patients and their families on at-home exercises and recovery techniquesMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment environmentEnsure compliance with all regulatory and professional standardsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomesQualifications:Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programCurrent Florida PTA license (or eligibility for licensure)CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hire)Previous experience in outpatient or clinical rehab settings preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
