Physical Therapist (PT) I-PRN

Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57. A successful candidate’s actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Position Overview HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven individuals responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services and who serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self‑professional advancement. PT will also perform other professional duties associated with the care of patients, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams. Position Specifics Department: Rehabilitation Services Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep Schedule: PRN – Flexible; Day shift Facility: St. Joseph’s Hospital Location: Breese, IL Compensation: aligns with experience Qualifications Education: Graduate (e.g., bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) from an accredited program that meets licensure requirements in the state of practice. Experience: N/A Certification / Licensure: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required. Certification: Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required. Illinois Requirement: Licensure required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
