Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Schedule includes 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
• Monday hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
