Career Area Sales Role Summary As part of Caterpillar's Pre-Field Representative Development Program, you'll gain hands‑on experience, build valuable industry expertise, and learn to partner with our world‑class dealer network to drive strategy and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Travel in this role is up to 50%. Relocation assistance is available. Sponsorship is NOT available. This position requires working onsite five days a week. Relocation is available for this position.
