If EM Board Eligible - ACLS, ATLS & PALS required (AHA preferred). MD/DO - Immunization Requirements Flu (within current flu season) | TB (past 12 months or Chest X-Ray with positive TB Vaccinations | Covid vaccine MD/DO - Case Log Requirements Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. MD/DO - CME/CEU Requirements Proof of completed CME's for the last two years MD/DO - Facility Procedure Requirements MSO sends out sedation modules providers must complete during onboarding and during reappointment MD/DO - Malpractice Coverage Requirements "$100K/$300K Coverage plus enrollment in LPCF (locums - must be enrolled a minimum of 90 days at a time)" MD/DO - Additional Details Must meet supervising physician requirements for NP/PA oversight.
