The organization provides comprehensive healthcare services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health with a holistic approach to community care.

Dental Receptionist
Job Details:
• Serve as relief Dental Receptionist in a part-time, non-exempt position
• Act as the frontline connection between patients and their oral healthcare
• Greet and assist patients, answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries in person and via electronic systems
• Register new patients, update demographics, and maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Schedule, cancel, and adjust dental appointments in accordance with clinic guidelines
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect required documentation, and assist patients with insurance-related questions
• Perform front-office billing activities, including collecting payments, posting charges, and daily cash reconciliation
• Support patient care by managing referrals, recalls, treatment plan estimates, and upfront fee collection
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year's experience in a clinic, optometry or dental office preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
• Basic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic knowledge of medical or dental terminology preferred
