Associate Territory Manager - Key Accounts South

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to provide field support for acute urology products across Texas, Kansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. This developmental role involves customer account management, product demonstrations, clinical education, and sales support to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Support Regional Manager in driving sales revenue through account coverage and product demonstrations
Conduct product in-servicing, assessments, and customer education activities
Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with assigned accounts
Coordinate timing, logistics, and execution of customer product evaluations
Maintain clinical knowledge in relevant disease states and develop territory management skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience
Ability to travel 80% including overnight stays
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Satisfactory criminal background clearance

Compensation: $66,700–$106,700 USD annual plus incentives
