Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Gill's Point S is looking for a dependable, experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team!

We're a full-service automotive repair and tire shop dedicated to providing quality service and exceptional customer care. If you're motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to meet you.

What you will be doing:

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform a wide range of repairs, from A/C service and repair to complete engine replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake and suspension repairs, steering repairs, and tune-ups.
• Mount, balance, repair, and install tires.
• Perform inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the automotive industry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools are required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required. We're happy to help you earn your ASE certifications and support your professional development.

What We Offer:

• $40,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
• Flexible pay options, including hourly or hourly plus commission, based on experience and qualifications.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• No weekends.
• Friendly, team-oriented work environment.
