Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist delivers responsive, empathetic support to customers across phone, email, and chat. This role helps ensure a smooth, positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and supporting the companys e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities

Qualification
- s:Associate degree preferre
- d.12 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or support
- ).Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
- s.Proficiency with basic computer systems; CRM experience a plu
- s.Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to lear
- n.Optometry industry experience a plu
