Position Overview: A Distribution Center Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of their functional area within the warehouse, including processing of incoming merchandise and ensuring it is ready for distribution to stores.

Responsibilities include developing a team-oriented environment, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, directing team work, establishing shrinkage control programs, coordinating with other supervisors, completing internal reporting, interviewing and training associates, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred, one to two years of supervisory experience, ability to manage professionally, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, plan and prioritize, communicate effectively, basic Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements include frequent use of ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting, gripping and reaching, squatting, kneeling, balancing, climbing occasionally, and regular seeing, hearing, and speaking.
