Applicant side preferred. Company : ASSERAF LAW, PC Location : Beverly Hills Legal Assistant/Case Manager Requirements (including but not limited to) Bilingual in English and Spanish required Proficient in Microsoft Office and MerusCase (JET FILE/Efiler) Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through completion Object to DOR's, Denials in schematic time frames to control case Set hearings w/ WCAB Prep files as well for hearings & depositions for litigation of cases Act as a liaison between physicians for clients in & out of MPN New case intake Retrieve Employer & different treatment facility records via subpoena Prepare file and serves, exhibits, pre-trial conference statement, etc Job Type: Full-time (in person position); 40 per week; 8hr shift (M-F) Job Type: Full-time (in person position); 40 per week; 8hr shift (M-F) Work Location : In person (Beverly Hills) #J-18808-Ljbffr ASSERAF LAW, PC
