Job Description

Job Summary:

An experienced Cath Lab Tech is required for a 16-week travel assignment in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The role involves rotating weekend shifts with on-call responsibilities, supporting cardiac procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist cardiologists with invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current certification in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and handle call duties.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain active licensure and compliance with hospital policies.
