Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12 hour shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and emergency situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months combined experience in CVICU.
• Must possess a current and valid Ohio RN license or compact state license at the time of submission.
• Current certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Travel experience will be accepted in lieu of some experience if applicable.
• Reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is required.
