Shift Manager – Tonyburgers

Tonyburgers is a locally owned restaurant founded by Kaysville natives who are passionate about serving high-quality burgers, fries, and fresh food with unbeatable customer service . As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the crew, maintaining quality standards, and creating an upbeat, welcoming restaurant environment.

• Lead and supervise a team of 3–10 crew members during shifts

• Prep and cook food according to Tonyburgers quality standards

• Ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistency at all times

• Follow Tonyburgers best practices for operations and food safety

• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

• Communicate shift updates and issues with the General Manager

• Oversee cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant

• Maintain clean lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and work areas

• Create a positive, motivated, and team-focused work environment

• Support teammates and lead by example

• Maintain reliability, consistency, and a cheerful attitude every shift

• At least 1 year of experience working and leading a team in a quick-service or restaurant environment

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 3–10 people

• Strong communication skills with management and team members

• Ability to multitask quickly while maintaining high standards

• Passion for guest service and building emotional connections with customers

• Willingness to honor and promote Tonyburgers’ vision and values

• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish

• At least 16 years of age

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy objects when needed
