About Our Client

Our client is a machining manufacturer with a strong presence in precision components for various industrial applications. They are known for their commitment to quality and long-standing customer relationships. The position will focus on managing customer interactions, identifying and resolving root causes, overseeing all PPAPs, and supporting internal ISO audit processes

Job Description

• Overseeing the entire PPAP process
• Preparing and conducting internal ISO 9001 audtis
• Working directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
• Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• PFMEAs

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing setting
• Background with automotive manufacturing and the standards assocaited
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience with leading or assiting with internal audits
• Strong experience with PPAPs
• Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
• Experience with PFMEA
• GD&T Experience
• No sponsorship or relocation is provided

• Salary Range between $80,000 - $90,000
